Jessika M. Ferm has dedicated her career to helping business professionals enhance their leadership skills and on-the-job effectiveness. Her firm, J.Ferm, LLC, works in leadership development with executives at many leading corporations including Pitney Bowes, UBS Financial Services, L.E.K. Consulting, Inc., and Kempinski Hotels and Resorts.
A native of Göteborg, Sweden, Ms. Ferm brings an international awareness to helping top management streamline systems, sharpen focus, and deliver bottom-line results. Her approach is direct, honest, challenging, and supportive and she is known for grounding her recommendations and ideas in a hard-nosed business sense. Ms. Ferm believes passionately in the power of the individual and tailors her executive development services to best fit the client, company, and the situation. Straightforward and solutions-oriented, Ms. Ferm's unique system gives clients sustainable measurable results.
Ms. Ferm is a Professionally Certified Coach (PCC) and holds numerous certifications in the fields of behaviors, values, and leadership development. She holds a Master’s Degree in Instructional Design/International Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/Leadership from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI, and was recognized as a Forty Under 40 by Business First Columbus and a Top Ten Executive Coach by Women’s Business Boston.
Founded in 2002, J.Ferm, LLC offers comprehensive leadership and executive development services including organizational development, individual and team coaching, training and telecourses, workshops, assessments, and keynote speaking. The company has offices in Boston, Columbus, and Göteborg, Sweden.

Petersen Thomas
Vice President of Operations
As Vice President of Operations, Petersen Thomas ensures that J.Ferm offices in Boston, Columbus, and Gothenburg are operating effectively and efficiently. Mr. Thomas is an attorney admitted to the California and Kentucky bars and has tried complex and high stakes cases to juries in federal and state court. With nearly 20 years of experience in the legal profession, Mr. Thomas brings an intellectual and analytical mindset to his work. He is also a successful artist represented by galleries throughout the United States and uses a creative "right-brained" approach to solve tough business challenges.
Mr. Thomas was graduated from the University of Michigan Law School and received a Bachelors degree in studio arts and political science from Denison University, Granville, OH. He studied philosophy at Albert Ludwigs Universitaat in Freiburg, Germany and has lived and worked in Germany and Sweden. Mr. Thomas is a Certified Professional Behavior and Values Analyst (CPB/VA).

Vice
President Business Development, Europe
 Prior to his association with J.Ferm,
Christian R. Ferm managed a series of successful retail and
manufacturing businesses in Sweden, London, Hong Kong and
Portugal. A former vice president of exports at Algot Johansson,
one of Sweden's largest clothing retailers, Mr. Ferm was also
president of Charlie of Copenhagen's Swedish division and
served as principal of Opak Fastighets AB, a land development
company.
Mr. Ferm is passionate about helping start-up companies grow
into healthy, profitable enterprises. Like all of J.Ferm associates,
Mr. Ferm's sales and international business development techniques
deliver auditable, measurable results.
Mr. Ferm holds a business degree from the Textile and Mercantile
Business Institute. He is an avid sailor and reader and lives
in Göteborg, Sweden.

Riley
Senior Training
and Organizational Development Expert
 Danielle Riley has
dedicated the past ten years to a progressive career in training
and organizational development. A dynamic and vibrant facilitator,
Ms. Riley helps technical performers and managers understand
and apply behavioral techniques to increase their communication,
time-management, and performance skills.
Prior to joining
J.Ferm, Ms. Riley served as a global manager for training
and organizational development with a passion for designing
and facilitating management training programs that produce
measurable results. Ms. Riley brings a fast pace and great
sense of humor to her work as a trainer and telecourse leader.
Ms. Riley holds a Bachelors degree. from the University
of New Hampshire. She is a Certified Professional Behavior
and Values Analyst (CPB/VA) and lives in Boston.

Matthew Krejci
Project Manager
Lawyer's Edition of the No Frills No Fluff™ Management Skills Program
 Matthew Krejci calls upon his skills and training as an attorney while directing and managing the Lawyer's Edition of the the successful J.Ferm management skills program. The Lawyer's Edition is specifically tailored to fit the unique challenges facing attorneys and law firms. Mr. Krejci will continue the research and development phase of the project and oversee the gathering and analysis of data through extensive interviews, surveys, and research.
Mr. Krejci holds a Bachelors degree in Business from Miami University (Ohio) and a Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School, He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Columbus Bar Association. He has worked in law firms of various sizes and cultures in Columbus and Chicago.
