Executive/Organizational Coaching

Research shows that training is an excellent way to increase the skills and knowledge of your employees. Similar to training, coaching creates positive change – a lasting shift on both the personal and professional levels.

The Executive/Organizational clients who work with J.Ferm recognize the powerful coaching message of leading from the “inside out.” J.Ferm offers executive coaching and team training through which your organization can pursue a shared vision.

To determine if you, your employees, or your organization would benefit from coaching, reflect on the following statements:

  • We are not as focused on our customers as we could be.
  • We are working too much “in the business” vs. “on the business.”
  • I can’t seem to attract or keep the right people.
  • I have ideas for significant revenue streams but I can’t seem to find time to focus on them.
  • I need a 6-12 month plan of action to accomplish professional goals.
  • I know there are “profit holes” in my business that are holding back its success.
  • We need to find a way to better motivate and communicate with our employees.
  • I recognize that I could be a more effective leader and manager.
  • My personal leadership style sometimes stands in the way of my getting what I want.

If you answered yes to any of these questions, Executive/Organizational coaching can help you.

We assist our Corporate/Executive clients with:

  • Executive/Organizational coaching

Professional Coaches

Coaching is a unique and challenging profession. Becoming a professional coach involves attending a coaching school such as Coach University or Coaches Training Institute (see links below) and completing more than 200 hours of class time learning the methodology and philosophy of coaching. In addition, those coaches who decide to become certified are also required to log over 750 coaching hours before attaining even the most basic certification.
