Training seminars from J.Ferm are designed with this in mind. They offer innovative ideas, challenge conventional thinking, create an environment for hands-on experimenting, and provide tools for implementing what is learned. Each seminar is tailored to the unique needs of our clients and includes customized case studies, role-plays, and small group discussions.

A Not So Typical Seminar

Learning must be fun! Our certified trainers are experts in their fields and understand how adults learn best.

No seminar is longer than 6 hour (including breaks). Let’s face it, staying “mentally fresh” for a full day can be a challenge for even the most avid seminar participant. We recognize the importance of having enough time to learn, process, strategize, and implement what is learned.

Each seminar provides participants with an “Action Pack.” It includes tools, exercises, and tips that participants can copy and use immediately with staff, colleagues, and others when they return to their “day time” jobs and lives. What good is learning new and innovative strategies if they are not shared and implemented?

Seminars are interdependently linked to others to provide a path for a continuous learning journey. This means that an individual or organization can link a variety of seminars to maximize the impact!
