The Personal Interests, Attitudes and Values™ assessment measures WHY a person acts a certain way. It identifies a person’s driving values, behaviors, and motivators. It is especially insightful when used together with the DISC assessment to provide answers to both how and why a person communicates, leads, manages, or acts a certain way.
